Farewell Freddie

On Friday 11 December we said goodbye to Freddie as he left Mill Hill for the last time, after 50 years of service.

Freddie joined the Foundation following a job at another school in Edgware. Over the years he has seen countless numbers of staff and pupils pass through the school and made friends with everyone he met.

Old Millhillians have a particular soft spot for Freddie, and are always excited to see him again when they come and visit the School.  The Old Millhillians Club commissioned and gifted a portrait that will hang at the School.

He will be missed by everyone at the Foundation.

‘I have absolutely loved my time here! It is a truly wonderful and special place. Everyone is very supportive and the people are so kind – I love walking around the school and going to the staff common room and talking to everyone – teachers, pupils, staff…everyone!’
