Freddie!

It is the end of an era as Mill Hill says goodbye to their longest serving employee after 51 years at the Foundation.
Freddie- The Legend
Freddie- The Legend

Always cheerful, always smiling, the man, the myth, the legend Freddie is hanging up his Mill Hill apron and leaving the Foundation after 51 years of service on Friday 11th December.

Every Old Millhillian we welcome back for reunion events has fond memories of Freddie, be it on his extensive knowledge on all things sport related, his opinions on all current affairs and of course the hot chocolate that you just can't say no to.

Freddie is more than a part of the furniture; he is part of the very soul of what makes Mill Hill special. His laugh alone can lift the spirits of anyone he passes walking along the Octagon.  He is the first to know (and share) the latest goings on across the Foundation, the newest staff members and will always advise on the best choice for lunch.

All the staff, pupils and OMs will miss Freddie's infectious laugh and good humour so much and wish him a well-deserved and peaceful retirement.
