We Did It!

The Belmont Sports Hall is up and running...
Over a year in the making and the Belmont Sports Hall is now complete and in use. Children and staff are enjoying the new facility for PE lessons and after school clubs held in the main hall and Wellbeing suite.

From Basketball to Rugby training to Table Tennis and beyond… the new hall caters for a variety of sporting tastes and will enhance PE lessons for all Belmontians.

This week four lucky pupils got the chance to have their first go on the Climbing Wall.  A great addition to the Sports Hall kindly sponsored by Friends of Belmont.

Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to the campaign by making a donation, attending an event or buying a brick on the “Pathway to Fitness.”

Your support has been amazing and helped us exceed the £1 million fundraising target for this project.

The “Pathway to Fitness” will be laid in the spring and an official opening event will be announced soon.
