following yesterday's announcement regarding the delay in lifting the lockdown rules, the committee have made the decision to hold the AGM as a virtual event.
Those who have signed up to attend will be sent a link to join the Zoom meeting.
We look forward to seeing as many members in attendance as possible.
AGM paper will be posted on a secure customised website. Club members will receive access to the documents by an email from the following e mail address: omclub@mivoice.co.uk
For those members participating, you will be able to vote during the meeting.
AGM documents will be posted on the miVoice site on 1 June 2021 and we will issue the process guidelines shortly thereafter.
