Some brief housekeeping notes for all planning to attend the AGM virtually:

Please register here if you wish to join us via Zoom as this will be a great help to the minute taker who will endeavour to record all attendee names.

Please ensure that the identifying name on the Zoom account that you are using includes both your given name and surname. (i.e. not just your given name, or partner’s name, or nickname, or device name such as ‘my iPad’.)

Voting for those attending via Zoom is via the Mi-Voice site only, using the unique identifying number to log in that will be sent to you. While you will be able to use the same device to follow the meeting via Zoom and to vote, it may be easier to have a separate device for voting to avoid switching screens.

You will be able to vote at any time during the meeting until an announcement just after the final resolution is voted on. Voting for all the resolutions will be collated with in person and proxy voting and announced after AOB discussions and final questions towards the end of the meeting.

Please ensure that you have the AGM papers to hand during the meeting, these will be made available to you shortly. 

Please use the chat function to register to ask a question. At an appropriate time, you will be directed to ask your question. Please note that, because the main screen reflects the Zoom host’s screen, anything written in the chat section will be seen on the main screen including what is written in the chat section.
